Galbreath, Incorporated manufactured hoppers are warranted against failures caused by defective materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment from our factory, providing the hoppers are used as recommended by the factory.
There are no warranties by Galbreath, Incorporated covering parts, components, or accessories manufactured by someone other than Galbreath, Incorporated.
This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and of all other obligations or liabilities on the part of GALBREATH, INCORPORATED, and it neither assures nor authorizes any other person to assure for it any other liability in connection with the sale herein contemplated.
